Product Team 

You’ll be joining Arrive AI’s Product Team to revolutionize Autonomous Last Mile (ALM) logistics by transforming over a decade of research, design, and customer collaboration into the world’s first autonomous logistics network and platform. Our fast-paced skunkworks team rapidly iterates, prototypes, and develops next-generation Arrive Point units, networks, and AI-powered platforms. By integrating cutting-edge hardware, robotics, IoT, software, data, AI, and manufacturing, we’re driving a bold roadmap for ALM innovation.  The Role: 

We're seeking an experienced Manager, Supply Chain & Manufacturing to lead sourcing, production planning, and manufacturing operations for Arrive Point units and related products. This role sits at the critical intersection of product design, development, and operational execution—ensuring that our innovations can scale from prototype to production to deployment. You will oversee supplier relationships, coordinate with engineering and design teams, and build the processes that will drive reliability, cost-effectiveness, and speed as Arrive AI expands. 

This leader must bring experience working with modular product designs and an understanding of how to balance assembly, sourcing, and potential in-house manufacturing paths over time—helping the company remain agile as product volumes and capabilities evolve. 

What You'll Do: 

• Shape Future Designs: Be a critical voice in product development by informing next-generation designs and products of the constraints, opportunities, and innovations within current and cutting-edge supply chain and manufacturing capabilities—helping engineering and design teams make smarter, more scalable decisions early. 
• Guide Scalable Manufacturing Approaches: Provide expertise in modular product assembly and how those strategies can evolve into more vertically integrated manufacturing approaches as the business grows. 
• AI-Enhanced Processes: Bring experience and passion for leveraging AI tools and workflows—including generative design, simulation, manufacturing modeling, and data-driven prototyping—to accelerate physical product development, inform manufacturing strategies, and improve design outcomes. 
• Lead Supply Chain Strategy: Own end-to-end supply chain planning, from sourcing components to coordinating contract manufacturers and logistics partners. 
• Drive Manufacturing Execution: Oversee and manage production runs, ensuring that prototypes evolve smoothly into scalable manufacturing processes. 
• Partner with Product Development: Collaborate closely with Product Design and Engineering to align manufacturing capabilities with product requirements and timelines. 
• Optimize Processes: Establish and improve planning, procurement, and quality control systems to ensure on-time, on-budget production. 
• Build Supplier Ecosystem: Identify, qualify, and manage suppliers, negotiating agreements that balance cost, quality, and delivery performance. 
• Monitor and Improve Performance: Track KPIs, manage risks, and solve bottlenecks in production, sourcing, and fulfillment. 
• Support New Product Introductions: Plan and execute supply chain activities for new product launches, including materials readiness, pilot runs, and production scaling. 

What We're Looking For: 

• Experience: 7+ years in supply chain, manufacturing, or operations roles, ideally in hardware, robotics, IoT, or other hard-tech product companies. 
• Leadership: Proven track record managing teams, suppliers, and cross-functional collaboration in a high-growth environment. 
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of product development cycles, manufacturing methods, and quality systems (ISO, lean manufacturing, etc.). 
• Strategic & Tactical Skills: Ability to build a scalable supply chain strategy while rolling up your sleeves to handle day-to-day execution. 
• AI Mindset: Familiarity with—or strong enthusiasm for—AI-driven tools and workflows (e.g., generative design, simulation, data-driven prototyping, and manufacturing modeling) to accelerate product development and improve outcomes. 
• Communication: Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills to work with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders. 
• Startup Mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and evolving processes. Thrives in a fast-paced environment where you build as you scale. 

 Additional: 

• Expect to travel up to 5 days per month. 
• Responsibilities include all other duties as assigned.
