Product Team 

You’ll be joining Arrive AI’s Product Team to revolutionize Autonomous Last Mile (ALM) logistics by transforming over a decade of research, design, and customer collaboration into the world’s first autonomous logistics network and platform. Our fast-paced skunkworks team rapidly iterates, prototypes, and develops next-generation Arrive Point units, networks, and AI-powered platforms. By integrating cutting-edge hardware, robotics, IoT, software, data, AI, and manufacturing, we’re driving a bold roadmap for ALM innovation.  The Role: 

We’re seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the design, development, and testing of Arrive Points — the next generation of smart lockers and autonomous delivery infrastructure. You’ll contribute to mechanical designs, CAD modeling, and simulation, working alongside senior engineers to bring innovative concepts into real-world, production-ready hardware. 

This role is perfect for an early-career engineer who’s hands-on and digitally fluent — ready to use CAD, simulation tools, and digital prototypes to help accelerate development and improve product quality. 

 What You’ll Do: 

• Design Digitally First: Contribute to CAD models, assemblies, and digital prototypes for Arrive Point hardware. 
• Run Simulations: Assist in FEA, thermal, and motion analysis to validate designs virtually before prototyping. 
• Support Integrations: Help ensure mechanical systems align with electrical, robotics, and software components. 
• Prototype & Test: Participate in building and testing prototypes, gathering data to refine designs. 
• Work with Actuators & Sensors: Assist in integrating actuators, hinges, locks, and sensors into product assemblies. 
• Assist with Manufacturing Prep: Contribute to design-for-manufacture efforts, adjusting CAD for scalability and cost targets. 
• Collaborate & Document: Work with senior engineers and maintain organized CAD files, simulation records, and test documentation. 

What We're Looking For:

• Engineering Experience: 2+ years in mechanical engineering (or strong internship/co-op experience in hard-tech). 
• CAD & Simulation Skills: Proficiency with CAD (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, etc.) and experience with simulation tools (FEA, motion, or thermal). 
• Preferred Exposure: Familiarity with robotics hardware, actuators, HVAC components, battery integration, and power management is a strong plus. 
• System Awareness: Interest in how AI-driven automation and multi-zonal control influence mechanical design choices. 
• Learning Mindset: Hands-on, curious, and ready to iterate quickly. 
• Team Player: Good communicator, able to collaborate with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams. 
• Adaptability: Thrives in a startup environment where development is fast-paced and digital-first. 

 Additional: 

• Expect to travel up to 5 days per month. 
• Responsibilities include all other duties as assigned.
