Company:

At Arrive AI (Nasdaq: ARAI), we're not just building products—we're transforming the future of the Autonomous Last Mile™ (ALM). Over a decade ago, we started with a pioneering vision and patents for the first smart mailbox for drone delivery. Through systematic research, development, and deep customer collaboration, we've evolved to today where we deploy Arrive Points—a type of smart locker and mini-cross-docks for frictionless drone, robotic, and courier delivery and pickup, utilized from medical supplies to meals to e-commerce. Arrive AI is now growing and investing to scale an ALM network and platform of the future for all autonomous delivery providers, services, and customers. Arrive AI is the intelligent choice for the last inch of the Autonomous Last Mile™.

About Us:

We move fast, balancing strategy with opportunity. We are merit-based, valuing integrity, innovation, and treating others as we want to be treated. At Arrive AI, every employee is an equity holder and a business owner. Our shared vision, ownership, and culture fuel our mission to revolutionize autonomous delivery.

Product Team

You’ll be joining Arrive AI’s Product Team to revolutionize Autonomous Last Mile (ALM) logistics by transforming over a decade of research, design, and customer collaboration into the world’s first autonomous logistics network and platform. Our fast-paced skunkworks team rapidly iterates, prototypes, and develops next-generation Arrive Point units, networks, and AI-powered platforms. By integrating cutting-edge hardware, robotics, IoT, software, data, AI, and manufacturing, we’re driving a bold roadmap for ALM innovation. Based in Fishers, IN, we offer a unique opportunity to do your life’s best work, shape the future, and share in the success.

 The Role:

We’re seeking an NVIDIA Robotics 3D Specialist to lead the use of NVIDIA’s latest robotics modeling, simulation, and training platforms to accelerate the development of Arrive Points and our ALM network.

You’ll bring expertise in NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac Lab, Cosmo, Gr00T, and emerging robotics foundational models to create digital twins, simulation pipelines, and AI training environments. This role will make NVIDIA’s ecosystem a core part of Arrive AI’s product development toolkit, helping us prototype virtually, train robotics safely, and validate systems faster than ever.

 What You’ll Do

  • Build Digital Twins: Develop high-fidelity digital twins of Arrive Points and logistics environments using NVIDIA Omniverse for real-time visualization and testing.
  • Model Robotic Behaviors: Use NVIDIA Isaac Lab to simulate robotic motions, control systems, and multi-agent interactions across the ALM platform.
  • Apply New NVIDIA Foundations: Experiment with Gr00T and robotics foundational models to train and fine-tune AI-driven robotic behaviors.
  • Integrate NVIDIA Tools: Connect Cosmo for sensor simulation, Omniverse for visualization, and Isaac for robotics workflows into Arrive’s development stack.
  • Accelerate AI Training & Validation: Build simulation-driven workflows to train vision models, motion planners, and perception systems before real-world deployment.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with AI, robotics, mechanical, and software engineers to ensure simulation insights translate into better product design and performance.
  • Advance Workflows: Push the boundaries of how NVIDIA 3D simulation platforms can speed up iteration and enable next-gen product development

What We're Looking For:

  • Specialist Experience: 5+ years in 3D simulation, robotics simulation, or NVIDIA platform-based workflows.
  • NVIDIA Tool Expertise: Proven experience with Omniverse, Isaac Lab, Cosmo, and/or Gr00T; familiarity with NVIDIA robotics foundational models is a big plus.
  • 3D & Simulation Skills: Strong background in modeling, physics-based simulation, and visualization for robotics or hardware products.
  • AI + Robotics Fluency: Understanding of how AI-driven behaviors (motion, perception, sensor fusion) are trained and validated in simulation.
  • Innovation Mindset: Excited to apply state-of-the-art NVIDIA tools to solve complex engineering challenges and evolve workflows.
  • Collaboration Skills: Comfortable working with AI teams, engineers, and product managers to integrate simulation into the design loop.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-moving, exploratory environment using cutting-edge tools that are evolving rapidly.

 Additional:

  • Expect to travel up to 5 days per month.
  • Responsibilities include all other duties as assigned.

Compensation:

  • Salary is market competitive with high equity incentive – be an owner and grow with Arrive AI.
