R&D Solutions Team
You’ll be joining Arrive AI’s R&D Solutions Team to push the boundaries of Autonomous Last Mile (ALM) logistics by engineering and configuring innovative hardware platforms that serve the evolving needs of cargo and delivery organizations, healthcare systems, and more. This team turns bold ideas into functional, real-world systems by working across prototyping, testing, and deployment stages. Whether you're collaborating with external partners, building in-house systems, or supporting the field, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the infrastructure of the Autonomous Last Mile. Based in Fishers, IN, this is your opportunity to innovate, solve tough problems, and do your life’s best work.
The Role:
We’re seeking a Field Support Manager to build and lead our growing contractor network for field deployments and pilot programs. Initially, this role will involve hands-on travel and support work, with a transition into a team leadership and operational oversight position. You’ll be the go-to for coordinating technical installations, on-site troubleshooting, and project commissioning.
What You’ll Do:
• Travel to support pilot installations and deployments across regions.
• Hire, train, and manage a contractor network for scalable field support.
• Serve as the bridge between engineering, field ops, and customer success.
• Create SOPs for consistent field execution and troubleshooting.
• Help commission systems and gather critical real-world insights.
• Contribute to a seamless handoff between internal development and customer sites.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years in field operations, technical support, or service team leadership.
• Hands-on experience installing or troubleshooting hardware/software in the field.
• Strong logistical and project coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently during early-stage growth.
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to lead remote teams.
• Experience in autonomous systems or logistics tech is a bonus.
