Product Team 

You’ll be joining Arrive AI’s Product Team to revolutionize Autonomous Last Mile (ALM) logistics by transforming over a decade of research, design, and customer collaboration into the world’s first autonomous logistics network and platform. Our fast-paced skunkworks team rapidly iterates, prototypes, and develops next-generation Arrive Point units, networks, and AI-powered platforms. By integrating cutting-edge hardware, robotics, IoT, software, data, AI, and manufacturing, we’re driving a bold roadmap for ALM innovation.  The Role: 

We’re looking for a Senior Platform Software Developer to be a key builder of the core software platform powering Arrive Points and the ALM network. You’ll be at the intersection of full-stack engineering, IoT integration, and AI-driven systems—writing production-grade code, designing scalable architectures, and helping shape the technical foundation for autonomous logistics. 

This role is for someone who loves hands-on development but also thrives in architectural thinking and problem-solving, with the ability to move fluidly from prototyping to production. You’ll partner across teams—hardware, AI, and product—to bring powerful, real-world solutions to life. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Build Full-Stack Solutions: Design, code, and maintain frontend and backend components for the Arrive Point platform with a focus on scalability, security, and real-time performance. 
• Architect and Optimize Systems: Develop modular, production-ready architectures for IoT-enabled systems, ensuring seamless deployment and operation at scale. 
• Collaborate on Hardware + AI Integration: Work side by side with hardware engineers and AI teams to integrate sensors, devices, and intelligence into a cohesive platform. 
• Prototype & Iterate: Rapidly experiment, prototype, and test—using first principles thinking, analytics, and troubleshooting skills to refine platform features and capabilities. 
• Ensure Quality & Reliability: Drive testing, performance tuning, and design rigor to deliver resilient, production-grade software for real-world logistics environments. 
• Contribute to Best Practices: Share knowledge, contribute to coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and design reviews, and help the team stay on the leading edge of full-stack development. 
• Infuse AI: Explore and leverage AI-assisted development tools and integrate AI-driven features into the platform, from predictive analytics to automated system intelligence. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Development Experience: 5+ years in platform software development, with strong full-stack skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python, cloud services). 
• Architectural Skills: Proven ability to design, document, and implement system architectures for production systems and IoT-enabled environments. 
• Technical Acumen: Experience with IoT devices, databases, and scalable systems; familiarity with logistics, robotics, or automation software is a plus. 
• AI IQ: Experience or strong enthusiasm for AI integration—from embedding models into systems to leveraging AI tools to accelerate development. 
• Problem-Solving: Can break down complex technical challenges with analytical rigor, experimentation, and first principles thinking. 
• Collaboration: Excellent communicator who can work across disciplines, translate needs into code, and contribute ideas in a dynamic team environment. 
• Startup DNA: Thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment, comfortable with ambiguity and driven by curiosity, speed, and ownership. 

 Additional: 

• Expect to travel up to 5 days per month. 
• Responsibilities include all other duties as assigned.
