Product Team 

You’ll be joining Arrive AI’s Product Team to revolutionize Autonomous Last Mile (ALM) logistics by transforming over a decade of research, design, and customer collaboration into the world’s first autonomous logistics network and platform. Our fast-paced skunkworks team rapidly iterates, prototypes, and develops next-generation Arrive Point units, networks, and AI-powered platforms. By integrating cutting-edge hardware, robotics, IoT, software, data, AI, and manufacturing, we’re driving a bold roadmap for ALM innovation. Based in Fishers, IN, we offer a unique opportunity to do your life’s best work, shape the future, and share in the success. 

 The Role: 

We're seeking exceptional Software Developers to build our software platform capabilities for Arrive Points units, network, and related software services for all stakeholders. You'll focus on full-stack coding, leveraging AI, architecting components, and production support, helping build the foundation for scalable ALM product. 

What You'll Do: 

• Implement Features & Capabilities: Code full-stack components for the platform, including APIs, user interfaces, and backend services. 
• Support Architecture Efforts: Assist in designing scalable systems and integrating with IoT and hardware. 
• Participate in Prototyping: Contribute to rapid iterations and experiments of new platform capabilities. 
• Debug and Test: Ensure software reliability through testing and optimization for production. 
• Collaborate with Teams: Work alongside senior developers and cross-functional groups to deliver integrated solutions. 
• AI IQ: Demonstrated experience integrating AI models into systems, with a strong enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools to enhance development and streamline processes 
• Learn and Grow: Stay current with software trends to enhance platform development. 

What We're Looking For: 

• Development Experience: 2+ years in software development, with hands-on full-stack skills. 
• Core Skills: Familiarity with architecture, computer science, production deployment, and hard-tech and product development environments. 
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of multiple full stacks, APIs, AI dev tools, programming languages, databases, and cloud tools; IoT experience is a plus. 
• Iterative Prototyping: rapid experimentation, prototyping and testing to refine platform features requiring analytical, design, experiment construction, statistics, problem-solving, troubleshooting skills and first principles thinking 
• Team Orientation: Effective communications and aptitude in collaborative work. 
• Adaptability: Eager to thrive in a dynamic startup atmosphere. 

 Additional: 

• Expect to travel up to 5 days per month. 
• Responsibilities include all other duties as assigned.
