Product Team 

You’ll be joining Arrive AI’s Product Team to revolutionize Autonomous Last Mile (ALM) logistics by transforming over a decade of research, design, and customer collaboration into the world’s first autonomous logistics network and platform. Our fast-paced skunkworks team rapidly iterates, prototypes, and develops next-generation Arrive Point units, networks, and AI-powered platforms. By integrating cutting-edge hardware, robotics, IoT, software, data, AI, and manufacturing, we’re driving a bold roadmap for ALM innovation.  The Role: 

We’re seeking an AI/Data Scientist to help build and grow our AI capabilities for the Arrive Point network and platform. This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute to the full AI model lifecycle—training, testing, improving, and integrating models that power robotics, logistics, vision, forecasting, and more.

What You’ll Do: 

• Build Real-World AI: Contribute to the full lifecycle development of AI models—from training and refinement to integration into production systems. 
• Accelerate AI Development: Leverage the latest AI tools, frameworks, and insights to speed up model development and testing. 
• Process & Manage Data: Assist in collecting, cleaning, and curating datasets for training and analytics, ensuring data quality for better outcomes. 
• Support Integrations: Help embed AI features into the Arrive Point network, platform, and ecosystem, working closely with software and hardware teams. 
• Analyze & Improve: Evaluate model performance, troubleshoot issues, and suggest iterative improvements. 
• Learn & Share: Research, experiment, and share findings with the team—contributing to our AI knowledge base, innovation pipeline, and product evolution. 

What We're Looking For: 

• AI Experience: 2+ years in AI/Data Science fundamentals with hands-on experience building and testing models (exposure to production deployments is a plus). 
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with core ML tools, data handling, and model lifecycle basics (Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, etc.). 
• Preferred Domain Areas: Background or exposure to logistics, robotics, vision, video, or NVIDIA/Google AI stacks is beneficial. 
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Curious and analytical—ready to tackle, debug, and iterate on AI and data challenges. 
• Teamwork & Communication: Able to collaborate effectively and explain insights clearly to teammates from different disciplines. 
• Adaptability: Excited by fast-paced, learning-driven work and comfortable with rapid iteration. 

 Additional: 

• Expect to travel up to 5 days per month. 
• Responsibilities include all other duties as assigned.
