Product Team 

You’ll be joining Arrive AI’s Product Team to revolutionize Autonomous Last Mile (ALM) logistics by transforming over a decade of research, design, and customer collaboration into the world’s first autonomous logistics network and platform. Our fast-paced skunkworks team rapidly iterates, prototypes, and develops next-generation Arrive Point units, networks, and AI-powered platforms. By integrating cutting-edge hardware, robotics, IoT, software, data, AI, and manufacturing, we’re driving a bold roadmap for ALM innovation.  The Role: 

We’re seeking a Lead Product Engineer to own and orchestrate the engineering backbone of Arrive Point product development. This role will lead the integration of hardware, software, and AI into cohesive, manufacturable, and scalable products—turning prototypes into production-ready solutions for the ALM ecosystem. 

You’ll be equally comfortable leading and collaborating with mechanical, electrical, robotics, and systems engineers, making key trade-offs between design, performance, and manufacturability. You’ll set technical direction, align disciplines, and ensure our products are as innovative as they are practical

 What You’ll Do: 

  • Lead Engineering Execution: Drive the end-to-end engineering process for Arrive Points, setting direction for integrated hardware, software, and AI systems. 
  • Coordinate Across Disciplines: Work hand-in-hand with mechanical, electrical, robotics, and systems engineers—leading conversations, resolving trade-offs, and ensuring seamless system integration. 
  • Guide Prototyping & Iteration: Oversee rapid prototyping cycles to test features, explore new ideas, and validate concepts quickly. 
  • Design Digitally First: Use CAD, simulation tools, and digital prototypes to concept, validate, and iterate designs before physical builds — accelerating development and reducing costly revisions. 
  • Optimize Designs for Scale: Balance innovation with manufacturability, focusing on performance, reliability, unit economics, and readiness for mass production. 
  • Mentor & Build Talent: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, fostering a culture of learning, creativity, and rigorous problem-solving. 
  • Collaborate Broadly: Partner with product managers, industrial designers, supply chain leaders, and AI teams to deliver aligned, holistic solutions. 
  • Shape AI-Driven Engineering: Guide how AI capabilities are embedded into products—from robotics intelligence to predictive features—ensuring they’re robust, useful, and manufacturable. 

What We're Looking For:

  • Engineering Leadership: 8+ years in product engineering, with proven experience leading hard-tech development teams
  • Cross-Disciplinary Comfort: Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with ME, EE, robotics engineers, and systems engineers—coordinating efforts and aligning on solutions. 
  • Technical Breadth: Deep expertise in hardware, software, and systems integration—spanning mechanical, electrical, and embedded systems. 
  • Simulation-Driven Mindset: Experience using digital modeling, CAD, and simulation as core tools for design exploration, optimization, and rapid iteration. 
  • AI Engineering Knowledge: Experience engineering products where AI, hardware, and software converge; comfortable guiding design trade-offs when adding intelligence to real-world systems. 
  • Innovation Focus: A track record of turning complex ideas into tangible products—from prototype to production. 
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Analytical and resourceful, with the ability to untangle technical challenges across multiple domains. 
  • Mentorship & Collaboration: Skilled at guiding and inspiring engineers, and working closely with product managers, designers, and manufacturing partners. 
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where iteration and agility are key. 

 Additional: 

  • Expect to travel up to 5 days per month. 
  • Responsibilities include all other duties as assigned.
