We’re looking for a Test and Certification Engineer to lead functional, safety, and compliance testing across our ALM product suite. You'll establish internal test protocols, run real-world validation scenarios, and coordinate with external partners for regulatory certifications like UL and FCC. This role spans the entire customer journey—from web/app interfaces to physical units—and is crucial in ensuring our products are rock-solid in the field.
What You’ll Do:
• Set up and manage internal testing equipment and protocols for hardware and software.
• Evaluate production quality from external manufacturers.
• Conduct hands-on electronic troubleshooting and functional testing.
• Work with outside agencies to secure safety and compliance certifications (UL, FCC, etc.).

What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in hardware and software testing specifically physical components including but not limited actuators, motors, pcb's, and robotics.

• Hands-on experience in electronics testing and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with cloud-based software systems and app/web integration testing.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
