What We’re Looking For:

•      Public Company Experience: Proven track record as a Corporate Controller or similar role in a publicly traded company, with hands-on experience in SEC reporting and SOX compliance.

•      Accounting Expertise: Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting operations, with a CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

•      External Firm Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to effectively interface with external accounting and tax firms to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with tax regulations.

•      Auditor Liaison: Experience serving as the primary point of contact for independent auditors, facilitating smooth and efficient audit processes.

•      Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar). Experience leveraging technology to streamline accounting processes is a plus.

•      Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and mentor accounting teams, with exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional leadership.

•          Culture: Work in a collaborative, innovative environment where your ideas matter and your contributions shape our future.
