Marketing Team: You’ll be joining Arrive AI’s Marketing Team to transform how the world sees Autonomous Last Mile (ALM) logistics. Building on more than a decade of research, design, and customer collaboration, we’re telling the story of the world’s first autonomous logistics network and platform. Our agile team brings bold ideas to life—crafting campaigns, brand narratives, and market strategies that showcase Arrive Point units, networks, and AI-powered platforms. Role Overview

The Senior Marketing Manager is a hands-on brand and execution leader responsible for elevating Arrive AI’s market presence, managing creative output, and driving consistent, high-quality marketing execution. This role blends brand leadership, team management, and day-to-day execution across digital and traditional channels.  This position will manage and mentor marketing team members while directing agencies, designers, and freelancers. 

 Key Responsibilities 

Strategic Marketing 

  • Work closely with VP Sales and Head of Commercialization to develop sales strategies and programs to drive the adoption of the Arrive Point Network solution 
  • Own messaging architecture across company, product, and solution levels 
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business narratives 
  •  Define differentiated value propositions and competitive positioning 
  • Assist product launch strategy, including announcement planning and asset creation 

 Brand Marketing 

  • Lead brand strategy and ensure consistent positioning across all channels and materials. 
  • Own website strategy, content direction, structure, and ongoing optimization. 
  • Manage visual identity, messaging clarity, and brand standards across digital and print collateral. 
  • Responsible for all tradeshow branding and on-point messaging to include appointment setting materials and associated messaging.  

 Product Marketing 

  •  Oversee creative development for sales decks, product briefs, one-pagers, case studies, whitepapers, and investor materials. 
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with company priorities and product launches. 
  • Translate complex technical products into clear, compelling brand narratives. 
  • Establish marketing workflows to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables. 
  • Track marketing performance metrics and continuously refine messaging and execution.

What You Bring 

  • 5–10 years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrated brand leadership and creative management.  
  • Strong execution skills, experience managing teams and vendors, and the ability to translate complex technology into clear market messaging.  
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a growth-stage environment. 
  • Strong command over all relevant social media platforms and knowledge base that can translate into branded leader role, positive company perception and significantly increased volume of followers across all channels.
