Todd Pepmeier serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Arrive AI Inc. (NASDAQ: ARAI), bringing 28 years of financial expertise across sectors including automotive, aerospace, healthcare, and technology.

Since joining Arrive AI in May 2023, Todd has been instrumental in building robust financial operations, strengthening internal controls, and aligning the company with public market standards. His leadership played a critical role in successfully guiding Arrive AI through its direct listing on NASDAQ.

Prior to Arrive AI, Todd provided interim CFO support to several early-stage technology firms, focusing on financial structuring, scalability, and investor readiness. From 2016 to 2021, he led Ascension Health’s shared services division, optimizing finance and operational functions. During this time, he also served as CFO of Agilify, a robotic process automation startup, where he managed a strategic acquisition that resulted in a successful exit.

Todd began his career at Ford Motor Company in the finance leadership program, where he developed a foundation in public company financial rigor and internal controls. His deep experience with both public and private financial ecosystems, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth planning uniquely equips him to drive Arrive AI’s performance and deliver long-term value to shareholders as a publicly traded company.
